These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Pickett Pest Control LLC (“Pickett Pest Control,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including pest control services, website use, phone communications, email communications, and SMS/text messaging communications.

By using our services, submitting your information, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. SERVICES

Pickett Pest Control LLC provides pest control services including but not limited to inspections, treatments, removals, and prevention services. Services may vary depending on pest activity, property conditions, weather, and other factors.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

Failure to follow instructions may reduce the effectiveness of treatment.

  1. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online, or through direct communication.

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us. We request notice as soon as possible.

If a customer is unavailable or does not provide access at the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

  1. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or according to your service plan.

If you enroll in a recurring service plan, you authorize Pickett Pest Control LLC to charge your selected payment method according to the plan terms.

Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collections where allowed by law.

  1. SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Pickett Pest Control LLC cannot guarantee complete elimination of pests in every situation due to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  1. SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS OF SERVICE (A2P COMPLIANCE)
